State         of         Kerala         &amp;         Another<\/p>\n<p>(O.P.No.434\/1996)   and<\/a>   connected   cases,   it   has   to   be   held   that<\/p>\n<p>levy   of   Entry   Tax   is   illegal   and   unconstitutional.
