Misc.<\/p>\n<p>                 No.37192 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          To maintain the parity of justice as well as in view of<\/p>\n<p>                 submission advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                 namely, Manoj Choudhary be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                 bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                 amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 10 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                 arising out of Khizersarai P.S.
