No.1691 of 2011\n                             BASUDEO RAM AND ORS.\n                                          Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   14.02.2011               The petitioners are apprehending their<\/p>\n<p>                 arrest in a case registered under Sections 147,<\/p>\n<p>                 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 504 of the<\/p>\n<p>                 Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It is specifically alleged against Chitu<\/p>\n<p>                 to have given Tangi blow to the informant<\/p>\n<p>                 whereas it is alleged that other accused persons<\/p>\n<p>                 assaulted the informant, informant&#8217;s nephew<\/p>\n<p>                 and his grand son. One injury each of the<\/p>\n<p>                 informant and Bikash Kumar are found to be<\/p>\n<p>                 grievous.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It is submitted by learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioners that prior to the present case the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner&#8217;s side also lodged a case against the<\/p>\n<p>                 informant. It is further submitted that both<\/p>\n<p>                 sides are agnate.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the fact that there is<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           general allegation against the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>           the specific allegation against is Chitu, let the<\/p>\n<p>           petitioners, namely, 1. Basudeo Ram, 2. Bina<\/p>\n<p>           Devi and 3. Harendra Kumar, be released on<\/p>\n<p>           anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest or<\/p>\n<p>           surrender before the learned Court below within<\/p>\n<p>           a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>           bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each<\/p>\n<p>           with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>           satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief<\/p>\n<p>           Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>           Islampur P.S.
