However, the same has yet not decided.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP Mr. Jani has produced the jail record of the applicant. He has<br \/>\nalso contended that the Authority will decide the application, filed<br \/>\nby the applicant, as early as possible, in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of above, keeping this application pending, the concerned<br \/>\nAuthority is directed to decide the application for furlough leave,<br \/>\nmade by the applicant, within 15 days from the date of receipt of<br \/>\nthis order, in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nmatter is adjourned to 10th October, 2011.
