DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 04\/10\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are present.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nis submitted that the misconduct alleged against the petitioner came<br \/>\nto be sustained in the departmental inquiry and the Deputy District<br \/>\nDevelopment Officer, District Panchayat imposed punishment of<br \/>\nstoppage of 3 increments with future effect by order dated<br \/>\n09.10.2003.  Being aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner<br \/>\npreferred appeal, which came to be rejected by the District<br \/>\nDevelopment Officer, District Panchayat, Mehsana vide order dated<br \/>\n23.07.2004 and the second appeal preferred by the Gujarat Civil<br \/>\nServices Tribunal also came to be rejected on 19.03.2007 and review<br \/>\napplication filed by the petitioner also finally came to be rejected<br \/>\non 15.11.2010 and against the above concurrent findings of the<br \/>\nauthorities below, the petitioner has filed this petition under<br \/>\nArticle 227 of the Constitution of India.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHowever,<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the petitioner is not present.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tPost<br \/>\nthe matter on 7th October, 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>[Anant<br \/>\nS.
