Begusarai (Town),\n                District Begusarai.\n                                                                        -------Petitioner\n                                                  Versus\n                The State of Bihar, Through Vigilance.\n                                                                  -----Opposite Party\n                                               -------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   21.09.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>                     with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                     466, 467, 468, 477(A), 120(B), 420, 201 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                     and 7, 13(2) read with Section 13(1) of the Prevention of the<\/p>\n<p>                     Corruption Act, is one of the named accused in this case being<\/p>\n<p>                     cashier of a bank, manager of which a co-accused under similarly<\/p>\n<p>                     situated circumstance, as submitted, has already been granted the<\/p>\n<p>                     privilege by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.03.2011<\/p>\n<p>                     passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6252 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Taking into consideration the above submission, in the<\/p>\n<p>                     event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                     weeks, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>                     sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special<\/p>\n<p>                     Judge, Vigilance &#8211; IInd at Patna, in connection with Special Case<\/p>\n<p>                     No. 26 of 2010 arising out of Vigilance P.S.
