No.34961 of 2010\nRekha Devi, wife of Prabhu Sahni, resident of Village Sadhuwa of\nPolice Statin Gopalpur (Rangra), District Bhagalpur.\n                                                 ------ Petitioner\n                               Versus\nState of Bihar                                  ------ Opp. Party\n                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>4       20.4.2011              Perused the report at Flag-A.<\/p>\n<p>                               In view of the fact that the prayer<\/p>\n<p>                    for     bail    of     the    petitioner             was     earlier<\/p>\n<p>                    rejected       on    merit    and    that       in    the       latest<\/p>\n<p>                    report of the trial court dated 17.3.2011 it<\/p>\n<p>                    has been stated that the trial has progressed<\/p>\n<p>                    to an advanced stage with a possibility its<\/p>\n<p>                    being    concluded       within       a    period          of     three<\/p>\n<p>                    months, this Court is not inclined to grant<\/p>\n<p>                    bail to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The trial court, however, must take<\/p>\n<p>                    all   possible        steps    for       ensuring          that    the<\/p>\n<p>                    trial is concluded within a period of three<\/p>\n<p>                    months and to that extent, the Superintendent<\/p>\n<p>                    of    Police,       Bhagalpur       is    also       directed        to<\/p>\n<p>                    ensure that the Investigating Officer and the<\/p>\n<p>                    doctor required in connection with Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                    Trial No. 399 of 2010 arising out of Gopalpur<\/p>\n<p>                    (Rangra)       P.S.    Case     No.       259    of        2009     are<\/p>\n<p>                    examined within period of two months from the<\/p>\n<p>                    date of receipt\/production of a copy of the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      order.
