Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :19\/09\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          V.GIRI, J\n                       -------------------\n                    W.P.(C).27223\/2008\n                       --------------------\n       Dated this the 19th day of September, 2008\n\n                       JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner is a student in B.Tech         Electrical and<\/p>\n<p>Electronics in the College of Engineering, Kidangore.<\/p>\n<p>Apparently, he was proceeded against for malpractice at<\/p>\n<p>the time of his participation in the 6th Semester<\/p>\n<p>Examination. University appointed a sub committee to<\/p>\n<p>conduct an enquiry into the allegations.<\/p>\n<p>2.    Learned   Standing     Counsel       for the  University<\/p>\n<p>submits that a decision has been taken to realize a fine of<\/p>\n<p>Rs.5,000\/- from the petitioner and then to cancell his<\/p>\n<p>theory Examinations of all Semesters and a barring of<\/p>\n<p>further two chances. In these circumstances, I do not find<\/p>\n<p>my way to issue any direction in this writ petition and the<\/p>\n<p>same is dismissed.
