APPEAL (DB) No.497 of 1996\n                            RAJ KUMAR SINGH\n                                  Versus\n                           THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                   ****\n<\/pre>\n<p>\/14\/   30 June 2010             Perused the office note as well as Letter no. 159<\/p>\n<p>                      of 2010, dated 01.06.2010, of the Additional Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                      Judge, V, Vaishali at Hajipur, whereby he has informed that<\/p>\n<p>                      out of 35 prosecution witnesses the Court has examined 25<\/p>\n<p>                      and for examination of remaining plaintiff witnesses steps<\/p>\n<p>                      have been taken.
