No.22145 of 2011\n                           Abhishekh Kumar\n                                 Versus\n                           The State Of Bihar\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/   22nd July 2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                       learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Petitioner along with Mohan Kumar was<\/p>\n<p>                       apprehended on chase and further on their confessional<\/p>\n<p>                       statement a Hero cycle along with a gas cylinder was<\/p>\n<p>                       seized from a maize field for which petitioner happens to<\/p>\n<p>                       be under custody since 8.7.2011. It has also been<\/p>\n<p>                       submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedents<\/p>\n<p>                       (para-9).\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                       case, the petitioner, Abhishekh Kumar is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>                       released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                       with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                       satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in<\/p>\n<p>                       connection with Bochahan P.S.
