Heard        learned     counsels           for    the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioner is apprehending his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest     in       a     case      registered             under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections       47(A)      and    47(F)of        the     Excise<\/p>\n<p>                   Act.\n<\/p>\n<pre>                            It     is       alleged        that         huge     of\n\n                   quantity       of       illegal     liquor           alongwith\n\n                   manufacturing            equipments            have         been\n\n                   recovered.\n\n                            The     prosecution            report        reflects\n\n                   that   the     place      of    recovery        is     village\n\n                   Jagjiwan       whereas      column           no.2    reflects\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>                   that the petitioner&#8217;s being resident of<\/p>\n<p>                   Western       Gandhi      Maidan,         Jehanabad.         It<\/p>\n<p>                   appears        that       seizure        was         made     on<\/p>\n<p>                   23.09.2009 whereas the prosecution report<\/p>\n<p>                   was transmitted to the learned C.J.M. on<\/p>\n<p>                   08.12.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering                 the           aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>                   unreasonable         factors      in    the     prosecution<\/p>\n<p>                   report,                  let        the             petitioner<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        above named be released on bail in the<\/p>\n<p>        event of arrest or surrender before the<\/p>\n<p>        learned court below within a period of<\/p>\n<p>        twelve   weeks   from   today     in    connection<\/p>\n<p>        with   Excise    Case   No.   128      of   2009   on<\/p>\n<p>        furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(Ten<\/p>\n<p>        Thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>        amount each to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>        learned C. J. M., Jehanabad, subject to<\/p>\n<p>        the conditions as laid down under Section<\/p>\n<p>        438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<p>U. K.
