Before learned counsel for the petitioner argues in detail, it is<br \/>\n        submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that the<br \/>\n        petitioner has already vacated the quarter as back as on 7th<br \/>\n        November, 2008. The photo-copy of the quarter vacation report is<br \/>\n        tender to this Court and copy thereof is also given to the counsel<br \/>\n        for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.    In view of this quarter vacation report, learned counsel for the<br \/>\n        petitioner submitted that the matter has now become infructuous<br \/>\n        and the same may kindly be disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.    In view of the aforesaid submissions and looking to the<br \/>\n        quarter vacation report dated 7th November, 2008 whereby the<br \/>\n        petitioner has already vacated the quarter in much earlier point of<br \/>\n        time, the petition has now become infructuous and, hence, the<br \/>\n        same is, hereby, disposed of as infructuous.\n<\/p>\n<p>        4.    The photo-copy of the quarter vacation report is taken on<br \/>\n        record.\n<\/p>\n<p>        5.    In view of the aforesaid report, there is no need of presence<br \/>\n        of any officer of the respondent authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                              (D.N.
