In his\nevidence, he has  of the accident and the\nnatusrg of t\u00a7':\u20ac'.,ir1:_i};ta\u00e9es  him in the said accident. It is\n\n x;r;at~ 01}   of the said accidemi, he has sustaineii\n\n L._g1'Vieva=us\"i.:A:.2ji:fy  and iewer iips, fracture ef upper and\n\n_   !_Q-was jaws \u00e9\ufb01ad  teeth. He has funher stated that immediateiy\n\nia\u00e9C\u00a7s:iaen\u00a3, he was taken to Mc.Gan Hespitai, Shimoga and\n\n therein. Later, he has taken treauneni from\n\n 'k%Lk13:L1&lt;;\u00a7.\u00e9jagadish, Dental Surgean, Thirthahalli. He: has mm\n\n  that in the hospital, his faur teeth of upper jaws were\n\nRaw\n\n\n\n4\n\nremaved and four teeth cf lower jaws were to be removed. He  \n\nbeen taking treatment since the date of the accident    \n\nspent more than Rs.20,000f- apaxt \ufb01&quot;om_ .131i_s;&lt;&#039;:eIlz=_=.:&#039;ii=.&quot;&lt;i\u00a7i&#039;2$ .&#039;jv221&#039;V1&#039;4.3.&#039;   \n\nincidental expenses. Thong: he has been  i&#039; \n\nworthwhile has been elicited in his  V _ 1\n\n4. The Doctor was  \ufb01fidence, he\n\nhas stated that four     were\n\nbroken and fan; 1eeth. o-&#039;f&quot;&#039;w\u00a2re to be removed. Wound\ncerti\ufb01cate -~ Ex.P5_ has  in his evidence and the\n  by hiViii&#039;;a1\u00a3VVVE__\u00a7:,P7 is also marked in his evidence.\n\n_VT:&#039;:i\u00a7un_al  Rs.10,000i&#039;~ towards pain and su\ufb01e\ufb01ng,\n\n .:1&lt;\u00a7$~$V&#039;V.of amenities and comfons in life and\n\n ? uRs.5,GOQ!&#039;~&#039;.44&quot;i{\u00a7Wh!fd\u00a7.\u00a7 ximedical expenses, incitiental charges and\n\n: -:__  impugled jutignerrt and\n\n   %      \n\n the evidence on record that\" four teeth of\n\n_  j\u00a3u1\\:\u00a7?S:uG:f  claimant have been removed by the Docter\n\n t\u00e9e_--.th of the Iewer jaws were aiso to be removed. As\n\n   \ufb01ii1lb!1}i'\u00a3{ed by the learned Counsel for the appeilaut, the\n\n  Tij\ufb01mnal eugirt to have awarded reasonable conapensation fer\n\n .V.-fixing artificiai teeth with bridging, 1 am of the View that the\n\nm\n\n\n\nTribunal ought to have awarded atieast a sum of     \ntowards future medical expenses, Rs.5,{}OOf- teii\u00e9axds   \nmonth for the treatment period    of\"  \n\nR3. 10,000\/3 towards pain and sufferingVai3-z4\u00a7V\"\u00a5'\\s.5,\u00a3%(V.)(\"};5-.  \n\nof amenities.\n\n3.
