Justice PIUS C.KURIAKOSE\n\n Dated :04\/12\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                           PIUS C.KURIAKOSE, J.\n\n                       ----------------------------------\n\n                     W.P.(C)NO. 31943  of    2006\n\n                       ----------------------------------\n\n             Dated this   4th  day of  December, 2006\n\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>             The   grievance   of   the   petitioner   is   that   the   first<\/p>\n<p>respondent   Panchayat   is   going   to   issue   licence   to   the   2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent for  the conduct of a brick   kiln  without considering<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P1 objection, which has been submitted against   the grant of<\/p>\n<p>licence   by   the   petitioner   and   several   other   residents   of   the<\/p>\n<p>locality.   I  do  not  propose  to  examine the  merits  of the  various<\/p>\n<p>grounds raised in this writ petition.
