This petition is filed for a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the Magistrate to release him on bail on<\/p>\n<p>accepting the amount to be fixed and also to grant<\/p>\n<p>exemption  under  section  205  of   Code of   Criminal<\/p>\n<p>Procedure.
