No.37066 of 2010\n                                 PINTU PANDIT\n                                       Versus\n                              THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02   25.11.2010                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                      learned P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Petitioner is husband of the complainant&#8217;s daughter<\/p>\n<p>                      whose marriage had taken place 12 years ago with petitioner but<\/p>\n<p>                      subsequently petitioner had started torturing the complainant&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>                      daughter on account of non-fulfilment of illegal demand and<\/p>\n<p>                      solemnized his second marriage with one Anita Devi.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Although learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner solemnized his second marriage with the consent of<\/p>\n<p>                      complainant&#8217;s daughter and still ready to keep the complainant&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>                      daughter with full honour and dignity, but I am not, at all, convinced<\/p>\n<p>                      with the aforesaid submission. Accordingly, his prayer for<\/p>\n<p>                      anticipatory bail stands rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the<\/p>\n<p>                      learned court below and seek regular bail within thirty days from the<\/p>\n<p>                      date of communication of this order to S.D.J.M, Sheikhpura in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with Complaint Case No. 357 C of 2009 and if petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                      does so, the learned court below shall consider the regular bail<\/p>\n<p>                      application of the petitioner on its own merit without being<\/p>\n<p>                      prejudiced by this rejection order.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>     Shahzad                                   ( Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Pintu Pandit vs The State Of Bihar on 25 November, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
