Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :11\/10\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                        V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n             ----------------------------------------------\n              Bail Application No.6167 of 2010\n            ------------------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 11th day of October, 2010\n\n                               ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 &amp; 2 in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.608 of 2010 of Koyilandy Police Station for offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 &amp; 473 read with<\/p>\n<p>Section 34 IPC, seek their enlargement on bail.                 The<\/p>\n<p>petitioners were arrested on 31\/8\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The    learned     public     prosecutor      opposed the<\/p>\n<p>application contending inter alia that the petitioners had<\/p>\n<p>forged the seal of the Judicial Magistrate of the First Class,<\/p>\n<p>Koyilandy and used the same for creating documents by<\/p>\n<p>forging the signature of the Magistrate and that both are<\/p>\n<p>involved in five other crimes of similar nature.<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the allegations<\/p>\n<p>levelled against the petitioners, the relative conduct of the<\/p>\n<p>parties, the nature of the injury sustained, and the other facts<\/p>\n<p>and circumstances of the case, if the petitioners are released<\/p>\n<p>on bail, they will definitely influence and intimidate the<\/p>\n<p>prosecution witnesses.
