Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                       complaint case in which cognizance has been taken under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                       323, 354 and 504\/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the<\/p>\n<p>                       Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act, 1999.<\/p>\n<p>                                   It is alleged that petitioners being family members of the<\/p>\n<p>                       complainant assaulted the complainant, since the complainant was<\/p>\n<p>                       practising the Witch (Daain) Craft.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Considering the nature of allegations and both sides<\/p>\n<p>                       being family members, let the above named petitioners be released<\/p>\n<p>                       on bail in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a<\/p>\n<p>                       period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                       10,000\/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                       each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah<\/p>\n<p>                       West Champaran, in connection with Tr.
