With the<br \/>\nconsent of the counsels, the writ petition itself is taken up for final<br \/>\ndisposal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if<br \/>\nthe representation of the petitioner, dated 12.01.2007, is directed to be<br \/>\ndisposed of by the respondent within a stipulated time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4.In view of the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the<br \/>\npetitioner, the respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the<br \/>\npetitioner, dated 12.01.2007, on merits and in accordance with law, within a<br \/>\nperiod of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further,<br \/>\nthe petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation, dated<br \/>\n12.01.2007, to the respondent along with a copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
