Condition No.4(i) reads<br \/>\n\tas under:\n<\/p>\n<p>\t&#8220;[i]<br \/>\n\t shall not enter the territory of Mundra Police Station and shall<br \/>\n\tmark his presence at Bhuj City Police Station on 15th<br \/>\n\tday of every english calender month till the trial against him is<br \/>\n\tcompleted. However, the applicant is permitted to appear before<br \/>\n\tMundra Court on the date of trial and on that day he shall report to<br \/>\n\tthe Police Station of Mundra.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>Heard<br \/>\n\tMr.S.V.Raju, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms.Chetna Shah,<br \/>\n\tlearned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of averments made in the application, present application is<br \/>\n\tallowed. The condition No.4(i) of the order dated 28.7.2010 passed<br \/>\n\tin Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.8416 of 2010 is hereby<br \/>\n\tdeleted. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
