No.12939 of 2011\n                           Shankar Sao, Son of Late Dwarika Sao\n                                            Versus\n                                    The State Of Bihar\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>4.   26.7.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                 State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case<\/p>\n<p>                 instituted for the offence under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 201<\/p>\n<p>                 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on the<\/p>\n<p>                 ground that marriage had taken place more than seven years<\/p>\n<p>                 ago and, therefore, it is not a case under Section 304B of the<\/p>\n<p>                 Indian Penal Code and also there is death certificate with<\/p>\n<p>                 regard to he deceased.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               However, considering the allegation against the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner and he is the husband o the deceased, I am not<\/p>\n<p>                 inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>                               The application is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                    ( Anjana Prakash, J.)<br \/>\n       S.Ali\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Shankar Sao vs The State Of Bihar on 26 July, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
