After the completion of 10% to 20% of the project suddenly all the construction related work came to stand still. It is\u00a0 learnt that the contractor has left the work leaving behind the remaining work.\n<\/p>\n<p>The construction of the said fly-over is very important due to its easy approach to IIT Kharagpur and transport link to large part of Paschim Medinipur district, especially the Jungal Mahal areas.\n<\/p>\n<p>The reasons of stopping of work are totally unknown to local people and they are at a loss in terms of the whole development.\n<\/p>\n<p>I, therefore, urge upon Hon\u2019ble Railway Minister to look into the matter and if needed hand over the rest part of the project to Rail Vikas Nigam to complete it as early as possible.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0   <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lok Sabha Debates Need To Expedite The Construction Of Fly-Over Project Near Iit &#8230;
