BASANT, J.\n\n               -------------------------------------------------\n\n                        CRL.M.C.NO. 264 OF 2007\n\n               -------------------------------------------------\n\n            Dated this the 27th day of February, 2007\n\n\n                                  ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>        The     learned   Public   Prosecutor           submits,   and   a<\/p>\n<p>statement   to   that   effect   has   already   been   filed   by   the   2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent   &#8211;   that   Crime   No.107\/07   of  the   Peroorkada  Police<\/p>\n<p>Station   has   been   registered   on   19\/2\/2007.         The   learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel  for  the  petitioner  submits that no further  relief  need<\/p>\n<p>be   granted   at   this   stage.       The   learned   counsel   for   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   submits   that   this   course   is   being   adopted   in   the<\/p>\n<p>hope   that   appropriate,   efficient   and   efficacious   investigation<\/p>\n<p>shall be conducted by the  Investigating Officer.     If it is not<\/p>\n<p>so   done,   the   petitioner&#8217;s   option   to   approach   this   Court   shall<\/p>\n<p>remain unfettered.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.
