Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :25\/09\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                       ===============\n                     W.P.(C) NO. 28361 OF 2007\n                   ====================\n\n             Dated this the 25th day of September, 2007\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner, who completed SSLC under the old scheme<\/p>\n<p>complains that she could not remit the examination fee pursuant to<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3 notification, as the whole family of hers was affected by<\/p>\n<p>illness. In support of this contention, petitioner has also produced<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P4 medical certificate. According to her, though the last date in<\/p>\n<p>terms of the notification had expired, she had remitted the fee as per<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P5. Subsequently she has made Ext.P7 representation before the<\/p>\n<p>2nd respondent to permit her to sit for the examination particularly<\/p>\n<p>for the reason that this is the last chance available to her.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Government Pleader in this behalf.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    It is noted that the time in terms of the notification had<\/p>\n<p>expired at the time the fee was remitted by the petitioner. But then,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner had reason for the delay and that is the illness as<\/p>\n<p>WPC 28361\/07<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>certified by Ext.P4.
