She was<br \/>\nfound hanging in her matrimonial home.  On her body, injury marks<br \/>\nwere also noticed.  Despite such serious allegations, so far no<br \/>\narrests have been made pursuant to the said complaint.  The<br \/>\npetitioner suspects  that there was serious foul play which led to<br \/>\nthe death of his daughter.  Investigation is also not being carried<br \/>\non in earnest.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe above prima facie aspects of the matter, in the facts of the<br \/>\ncase, I am of the opinion that it would be desirable that the<br \/>\ninvestigation of the present case be supervised by an officer of the<br \/>\nlevel of Deputy Commissioner of Police, Jamnagar.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWith<br \/>\nthe above direction, the petition is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tDirect<br \/>\nservice.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t(Akil<br \/>\nKureshi, J.)<\/p>\n<p>(vjn)<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   Top<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gujarat High Court Bipinbhai vs State on 7 October, 2010 Author: Akil Kureshi,&amp;Nbsp;
