Justice R.BASANT\n\n Dated :16\/07\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                    R.BASANT, J.\n\n                                 ----------------------\n\n                              B.A.No.4192  of 2007\n\n                           ----------------------------------------\n\n                     Dated this the 16th  day of July 2007\n\n\n                                      O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Application   for   anticipatory   bail.     The   petitioner   apprehends<\/p>\n<p>arrest   on   the   allegation   that   he   has   committed   non-bailable   offence.<\/p>\n<p>He   is   not   able   to   specify   the   crime.     According   to   him,   he   was<\/p>\n<p>compelled   to   subscribe   to   an   application   to   make   it   appear   that   he<\/p>\n<p>wants to marry a woman.  This was done under the compulsion of the<\/p>\n<p>local Police Inspector.  It is, in these circumstances, that he entertains<\/p>\n<p>the apprehension.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.     The   learned   Public   Prosecutor,   after   taking   instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submits that the petitioner is not required to be arrested and shall not<\/p>\n<p>be arrested in any crime so far registered or on any allegation so far<\/p>\n<p>raised  against   the   petitioner.     That   submission   of   the  learned  Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor   is   taken   note   of   and   recorded.     The   apprehension   of   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is found to be without any basis, in these circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>       3.
