It is also observed<br \/>\n\tthat the petitioners shall submit the whole compilation of the<br \/>\n\tpresent petition together with the order of this Court to the<br \/>\n\trespondent(s) simultaneously.  In the event the decision is not<br \/>\n\ttaken, the petitioners shall be at liberty to revive the petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tpetition is disposed of accordingly.
