S.O to<br \/>\n4th October, 2011.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\tToday<br \/>\nalso, Mr. Dave is present and he states that he has filed a note in<br \/>\nthe office and client was to make alternative arrangement.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tUnder<br \/>\nthe circumstances, it appears that the appellant is not desirous to<br \/>\nprosecute the appeal.
