On<br \/>\nearlier occasion i.e. on 8th March, 2011 following order<br \/>\nwas passed.\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8221; Heard<br \/>\nMrs. Bhatt, learned advocate for the respondent Nos.2 to 6. She has<br \/>\nrequested for time to prepare and file affidavit opposing the<br \/>\npetition. Mr. Mangukiya, learned advocate for the petitioner, has<br \/>\nopposed the request.\n<\/p>\n<p>   In view of<br \/>\nthe fact that the petition has been admitted by order dated 28.1.2011<br \/>\nand ad-interim relief has also been granted and having regard to the<br \/>\nfact that now the petition is to be heard finally, time to file<br \/>\naffidavit is granted to the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>S.O. to 23.3.2011. To be listed in First Board.\n<\/p>\n<p>  Ad-interim relief, granted earlier, to continue \t\t\tuntil further<br \/>\norder.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tIt<br \/>\nhas been noticed that by order dated 28th January, 2011<br \/>\nthe petition has been admitted and ad-interim relief has also been<br \/>\ngranted. By aforesaid order dated 8th March, 2011 it was<br \/>\ndirected that the ad-interim relief would continue until further<br \/>\norders.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tDespite<br \/>\nand even after the aforesaid opportunity and order dated 8th<br \/>\nMarch, 2011 the respondents have not filed reply affidavit and, as<br \/>\nnoted above, despite two calls have not attended hearing today.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tTherefore,<br \/>\nRegistry is directed to list the petition in the final hearing cause<br \/>\nlist, as per its seniority.
