Learned advocate for the<br \/>\n\tpetitioners has relied upon the decision of the Apex Court  in case<br \/>\n\tof RAGHO SINGH Vs. MOHAN SINGH AND OTHERS, reported in (2001) 9 SCC<br \/>\n\tpg. 717, to contend that, in case the appeal is filed after<br \/>\n\tlimitation period is over, then, the same cannot be entertained, if<br \/>\n\tit is not accompanying with appropriate application for condonation<br \/>\n\tof delay. In the instant case the entry in question was certified in<br \/>\n\tthe year 1988 and after 19 years of period old issue was raked up<br \/>\n\tand it was sought to be assailed which came to be rejected by<br \/>\n\tconcerned Assistant Collector vide his order dated 8\/7\/2008. However<br \/>\n\tconcerned Collector in exercise of revisional power remanded the<br \/>\n\tmatter  back with a rider to decide the same in accordance with law,<br \/>\n\twhich would nullify the aspect of delay. These pleadings were made<br \/>\n\tbefore the revisional authority who did not accept the same while<br \/>\n\tconsidering the order impugned before him and did not grant any<br \/>\n\tinterim order.\n<\/p>\n<p>Hence<br \/>\n\tlet there be a notice for final disposal returnable on 15\/11\/2011.<br \/>\n\tIn the meantime and till the returnable date the proceedings as<br \/>\n\tordered to be conducted de-novo by learned Collector&#8217;s order shall<br \/>\n\tremain stayed and the petitioner is also under an obligation to<br \/>\n\tmaintain status-quo in respect of the land in question.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                     [<br \/>\nS.R.
