In aforesaid show cause notice<br \/>\nexplanation has been called for from petitioner applicant within a<br \/>\nperiod of ten days from receipt of such show cause notice.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr. Ramnandan Singh appearing on behalf of applicant<br \/>\nsubmitted that no reply has been given by applicant to aforesaid show<br \/>\ncause notice to respondent.  The affidavit-in-reply is filed by<br \/>\nrespondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tIn<br \/>\nsuch circumstances, let first applicant may file reply to show cause<br \/>\nnotice dated 19\/3\/2011 within a period of fifteen days from date of<br \/>\nreceipt of copy of present order.
