Nahata,\n                                               4378, Murari Lal Street,\n                                               4B, Ansari Road, Daryaganj,\n                                               New Delhi - 110002\n\nPublic Information Officer            :        The Public Information Officer\n                                               Municipal Corporation of Delhi,\n                                               Town Hall, Delhi\n\nDecision:\n       The complainant had filed an application with the PIO on 07\/01\/2008 asking for certain\ninformation. He received a reply from the PIO, he found unsatisfactory. The complainant has\ntherefore filed a complaint with the Commission under Section 18 of the RTI Act. The\ncomplainant has not used the alternate and efficacious remedy of the First Appeal available\nunder Section 19 (1) of the RTI Act.
