Learned advocate Mr.Dave<br \/>\nfor the company states that so far as the principal amount is<br \/>\nconcerned there is no dispute as set out in the affidavit itself. So<br \/>\nfar as interest is concerned  the company is disputing that amount.<br \/>\nThe ld. Adv. for company further states that the assets of the<br \/>\ncompany are sold under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act.  The<br \/>\nmatter requires consideration.  ADMIT.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe petition<br \/>\nbe advertised in Indian Express, Ahmedabad Edition and Jansatta,<br \/>\nAhmedabad Edition on or before 9th October 2010.<br \/>\nPublication in the Official Gazette is dispensed with.
