Veerabagu for R.1\n\n:ORDER  \n<\/pre>\n<p>(Order of the Court was made by P.  SATHASIVAM,J.,)<br \/>\n                The  petitioner,  by  name,  Sengazhani Reddiar has filed this<br \/>\npetition seeking direction to the respondents for production of the detenue by<br \/>\nname Lalitha, who is none else than his daughter before this Court and set her<br \/>\nat liberty.\n<\/p>\n<p>                2.  Pursuant to our  direction  of  this  Court,  the  detenue<br \/>\nLalitha, appeared before  us.    We enquired her.  According to her, she is 25<br \/>\nyears old and also admits that she married the first respondent and having two<br \/>\nchildren as on date.  Further, she expressed some difficulty in  living  along<br \/>\nwith  the first respondent and she prefers to stay with the petitioner herein,<br \/>\nwho is none else than her father.\n<\/p>\n<p>                In the light of her above statement and assertion,  we  permit<br \/>\nher  to  go  and  live with her father, petitioner herein, who is also present<br \/>\nbefore us and expressed his willingness to take her back.  In the light of the<br \/>\nabove development the detenue is set at liberty and she is free to  live  with<br \/>\nher father,  petitioner  herein.   Both parties are at liberty to approach the<br \/>\nappropriate civil Court to vindicate their grievance if any.  This petition is<br \/>\ndisposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>To<\/p>\n<p>1.
