I.A. Nos. 1610 of 2011 and I.A. No. 1611 of 2011 have<\/p>\n<p>                 been submitted seeking exemption from filing the certified copy<\/p>\n<p>                 of impugned orders with the plea that appellant has preferred<\/p>\n<p>                 three separate tax appeals being T.A. Nos. 60 of 2010, 61 of<\/p>\n<p>                 2010 and 62 of 2010 and certified copy of the impugned orders<\/p>\n<p>                 have been annexed in T.A. No. 60 of 2010 and, therefore, the<\/p>\n<p>                 appellant may be exempted from filing the certified copies in<\/p>\n<p>                 these two appeals being T.A. Nos. 61 of 2010 and 62 of 2010.<\/p>\n<p>                 2.   Both Interlocutory Applications are allowed and appellant<\/p>\n<p>                 is exempted from filing the certified copies of impugned orders<\/p>\n<p>                 in these two appeals.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 3.
