THE ANCHALDHIKARI, KONCH BLOCK, DISTRICT\n                 GAYA.\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3   05\/07\/2010               In absence of any categorical rule having been<\/p>\n<p>                   shown to this Court on which the case of the petitioner could<\/p>\n<p>                   be considered for direction for his appointment on the post of<\/p>\n<p>                   Village Chowkidar, no relief can be granted. There is no<\/p>\n<p>                   pleading as well that on the death of the erstwhile Chowkidar,<\/p>\n<p>                   case of the petitioner was recommended by any of his family<\/p>\n<p>                   members or he is related to the erstwhile Chowkidar because<\/p>\n<p>                   appointment in terms of 1991 Circular, as annexed by the<\/p>\n<p>                   respondents in the counter affidavit, states that position on the<\/p>\n<p>                   issue.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             This writ application has no merit.
