SIRI JAGAN, J.\n               ------------------------------------\n                 W.P.(C)No.24814 OF 2008\n             ----------------------------------------\n              Dated this the 26th day of August, 2008\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of a claim petition<\/p>\n<p>pending   before   the    Central  Government      Labour  Court,<\/p>\n<p>Ernakulam. I do not think that this Court can tie the hands of the<\/p>\n<p>Labour Court by issuing directions to consider a claim petition<\/p>\n<p>pending before it out of turn. It is for the Central Government<\/p>\n<p>Labour Court to arrange its proceedings in the best way possible.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, I do not find any merit in this writ petition and<\/p>\n<p>accordingly the same is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         S.
