2. The brief facts of the case leading to the filing of the writ<\/p>\n
petition may be stated as under:\n<\/p>\n
The respondent\/plaintiff\/tenant has \ufb01led a suit  *
\npresent petitioners for permanent injunct_jo.n.__ In;’.the” the
\npetitioners \ufb01led counterclaim under Order’:.VII\u00a3_”Rt11ellt’\u20ac3 <\/p>\n
possession of the suit schedule premi’ses*–,to pay being l<\/p>\n
arrears of rent from O1.07.2007’_to _and..to~  diarnages
\nin all amounting to Rs. 14,oo,ooo;}i:’: {rain  till the date of
\nfiling suit, future mesne profits:fr–om:the*-ldatelxofl  ’till delivery of
\npossession and cosrgi;   lll\u00a7’e~\/pitioners filed an<\/p>\n
application under  I51  seeking direction to the<\/p>\n
respondent\/pIa;inti–ff\/to ~- the suit claim as well as
\ndamages at the rat’e__of towards every month rent after<\/p>\n
\ufb01lin\u00e9gppthe criunter–clairri;..lHl’he\u00ab:application was opposed by the<\/p>\n
responderit\/piaint.iif.:”=–The Trial Court, after hearing arguments,<\/p>\n
zcvrejectedl”  and refused to issue direction to the
\nVVrespondent\/’plaintiff\/”tenant. This is impugned in this writ<\/p>\n

 counsel for the petitioners submits that the<\/p>\n
