Joshi, learned Advocates for<br \/>\nthe petitioners, and Ms. Asmita Patel, learned Assistant Government<br \/>\nPleader for the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe<br \/>\nlearned Advocates for the petitioners have stated about the urgency<br \/>\nof the matter that the promotions are held up. However, referring to<br \/>\nthe order dated 23rd April, 2008 passed in Civil<br \/>\nApplication No.4928 of 2008, the learned Advocates submitted that<br \/>\nthis Civil Application is, in fact, for review and the Court (Coram:<br \/>\nHonourable Mr. Justice Bhagwati Prasad) has also made an  observation<br \/>\nto that effect.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn<br \/>\nthese circumstances, the Office is directed to place all these<br \/>\nmatters before the Honourable the Chief Justice for obtaining<br \/>\nappropriate orders, as may be deemed fit.\n<\/p>\n<p>[Rajesh<br \/>\nH.
