The original<br \/>\nclaimants shall  be  at  liberty to  withdraw 30% of the deposited<br \/>\namount subject to the result of the first appeal.  The remaining 70%<br \/>\namount shall be  invested  by  the  Tribunal in the name of Registry<br \/>\nof the Tribunal by  way  of  a  fixed  deposit  with a   nationalised<br \/>\nbank initially for a period of three  years and  on  maturity shall<br \/>\nbe renewed by one year at a time   without any  further  orders  in<br \/>\nthis regard  till  the   disposal of   the   appeal.  The interest<br \/>\naccruing on the said deposit shall be paid to the original claimants<br \/>\nquarterly.  The Fixed Deposit Receipt shall be retained by the<br \/>\nTribunal.  Civil Application is allowed accordingly.  Rule  is  made<br \/>\nabsolute accordingly with no order as to costs.\n<\/p>\n<p>(K.S.
