In view of  the law laid down by the Hon&#8217;ble Supreme<br \/>\nCourt,  this Court is required to take liberal view with regard to<br \/>\ndelay and as the applicants have shown sufficient cause to condone<br \/>\nthe delay   in filing the Second Appeal, this application is required<br \/>\nto be allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tIn<br \/>\nthe result, the application is allowed. Delay  caused in filing<br \/>\nSecond Appeal is condoned.
