Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :26\/09\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                 V.GIRI,J.\n                 -----------------------------------------\n                     W.P.(C) No. 20578 of 2007\n                 -----------------------------------------\n\n           Dated this the 26th       day of September, 2007\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The essential challenge in this writ petition is in relation to Ext.P4<\/p>\n<p>which is a combined final gradation list of Junior Public Health Nurses<\/p>\n<p>Grade II as on 30.1.1994. When the writ petition came up for<\/p>\n<p>admission and      orders today, learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>Mr.Ramaprasad Unni         submits that    objections have been filed in<\/p>\n<p>relation to Ext.P2 by the petitioners and similarly situated person.<\/p>\n<p>      2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Government Pleader. Learned Government Pleader submits<\/p>\n<p>that Ext.P4 is the final list and therefore objections in relation to Ext.P4<\/p>\n<p>may not be maintainable as such.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. The objection that the petitioners have stated to have filed in<\/p>\n<p>relation to Ext.P4, shall be treated as a petition under Rule 27B of Part<\/p>\n<p>II of KS&amp;SSR. The petitioners are also entitled to supplement such<\/p>\n<p>objections, if any, already filed. The first respondent shall take note of<\/p>\n<p>such objections and treat the same as a petition under Rule 27B and<\/p>\n<p>take a decision thereon, within a period of three months from the date<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\"> W.P.(C)NO.20578\/2007                  :2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>any other affected party.
