Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :03\/11\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                         V.GIRI, J\n                       -------------------\n                    W.P.(C).30953\/2008\n                       --------------------\n       Dated this the 3rd day of November, 2008\n\n                       JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner sought for a licence          under the Kerala<\/p>\n<p>Minor Mineral Concession Rules, to enable him to act as a<\/p>\n<p>dealer in ordinary sand used for non industrial purposes.<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P1 application is pending before the Geologist, the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent, and a decision is to be taken thereon.<\/p>\n<p>2.   In the result writ petition is disposed of with the<\/p>\n<p>following directions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>3.   If a local inspection by the RDO and the Joint<\/p>\n<p>Director(Agriculture) is necessary,             same shall be<\/p>\n<p>completed within a period of four weeks from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this judgment and on receipt of the<\/p>\n<p>report, first respondent, Geologist, shall take a decision<\/p>\n<p>on Ext.P1, within three weeks            thereafter.
