No.1790 of 2010\n                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03.   14.09.2010             I.A. No. 1790 of 2010 has been filed for<\/p>\n<p>                    permission to correct some typographical error of<\/p>\n<p>                    sessions trial number in para-1 of the memo of appeal.<\/p>\n<p>                    Permission is accorded.      The Sessions Trial number<\/p>\n<p>                    mentioned as &#8220;297 of 2001&#8221; was corrected by the<\/p>\n<p>                    appellant&#8217;s counsel as Sessions Trial No. &#8220;297 of 2007&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>                    in course of the day.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             A typographical mistake in this Court&#8217;s order<\/p>\n<p>                    dated 24.08.2010 is pointed out by the office that the<\/p>\n<p>                    Sessions Trial number has been wrongly typed as &#8220;297 of<\/p>\n<p>                    2001&#8221; in place of the correct number &#8220;297 of 2007&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>                             In the result, this Court&#8217;s aforesaid order dated<\/p>\n<p>                    24.08.2010 is modified to the extent that in the last line of<\/p>\n<p>                    the order the Sessions Trial No. &#8220;297 of 2001&#8221; will be<\/p>\n<p>                    read as &#8220;297 of 2007&#8221;.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             This order may be communicated through fax at<\/p>\n<p>                    the cost of the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<pre>         Mkr.
