Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :28\/11\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n                 ===================\n\n                  W.P.(C) NO.35160 OF 2007 I\n\n                 ===================\n\n\n          Dated this the 28th day of November, 2007\n\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The only prayer that is sought for by the petitioner is for an<\/p>\n<p>expeditious disposal of Ext.P3 appeal filed by the 5th respondent<\/p>\n<p>and which is pending before the 3rd respondent. Ext.P3 being a<\/p>\n<p>statutory appeal, I see no reason for declining the relief.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    Accordingly, I dispose this writ petition directing that<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3 appeal shall be disposed of by the 3rd respondent, as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible, at any rate within 8 weeks of receipt of<\/p>\n<p>a copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.
