The Deputy Director of Education<\/p>\n<p>by Exhibit P10 order allowed the petitioner&#8217;s team to participate<\/p>\n<p>in the District level competition. They were declared to have<\/p>\n<p>awarded &#8216;A&#8217; Grade in the item Parichamuttu.                  The learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the petitioner submitted that therefore the result<\/p>\n<p>may be declared as valid for allowing the grace marks.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The participation in the District Kalotsavam by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s team with regard to the item Parichamuttu will be<\/p>\n<p>treated as proper and valid and the grace marks as per the<\/p>\n<p>manual will be provided to them.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is disposed of as above.
