The learned advocate for the petitioners<br \/>\nmoves draft amendment, a copy of which is served to the learned<br \/>\nAssistant Government Pleader (AGP).  The draft amendment is allowed.<br \/>\nThe learned AGP wants to take instructions with regard to the<br \/>\namendment.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\nlearned Government Pleader places on record report showing the<br \/>\n&#8216;action taken&#8217; in the matter. The same is as under:\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;1.\t400<br \/>\nblankets have been provided to the hutment dwellers at the temporary<br \/>\naccommodation site at Gokulpura, Sector-14 on 8\/12\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tFood<br \/>\n\twas provided to the temporary accommodation site on 8\/12\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tMandap\/<br \/>\n\tSamiyana having size of 150 x 75 sq. feet along with electricity<br \/>\n\thalogen lights have been provided at the temporary accommodation<br \/>\n\tsite.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tMedical<br \/>\nteams with doctors and medicine have been sent to the temporary<br \/>\naccommodation site.  Medical camps is also organised at temporary<br \/>\naccommodation site.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tTwo<br \/>\nmobile toilets units containing total twenty toilets have been kept<br \/>\nat the temporary accommodation site.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tMilk<br \/>\nwith biscuits has been provided today morning to the children of the<br \/>\nhutment dwellers. Tea is also provided at the temporary accommodation<br \/>\nsite.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.\tPolice<br \/>\nsecurity has also been provided at the temporary accommodation site.\n<\/p>\n<p>8.\tWater<br \/>\nfacility was provided to the hutment dwellers of the day of shifting.<br \/>\nFurther 3 water standpost each containing 4 outlets have been<br \/>\nprovided to the site yesterday afternoon and 3 sintex water tanks<br \/>\n(each of 1000 ltr.) have been also provided to the temporary<br \/>\naccommodation site.\n<\/p>\n<p>9.\tSupplementary<br \/>\nnutrition is being provided to children &amp; women through temporary<br \/>\nICDS centre.\n<\/p>\n<p>Photographs<br \/>\nare submitted for kind perusal.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\nlearned Government Pleader also states that the Collector and the<br \/>\nChief Engineer are personally present in the Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\nCourt appreciates the promptness with which the authorities have<br \/>\nwoken up to the call of the humanity and have extended the basic<br \/>\nrequirements to the people who are disturbed in this unfavourable<br \/>\nseason.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the petitioners and the learned Government<br \/>\nPleader to sit together and work out the course of action in the<br \/>\nmatter befitting to the problem, in consonance with the line of<br \/>\naction suggested by the orders of the Court.
