deducted from the bills of the petitioner.<\/p>\n

\ncontractor carrying onycivil works. tt:eyE\u20ac3_o.v.e_rvnlrnelnt Department
\nand Local Bodies.   the purpose of
\nexecution oiivvyciviiiAvvo-i?l:<–s_,\ufb01"the'\u00abv.,p'eti_ti–oner is required to purchase
\nbuilding mateirialsli  sources. It is further
\ncontendeyd\ufb01tiiayt thVe"\u00bbVpeti'tioner"does not own any quarries and
\nE5iial::l:lei_._vto  any royalty to the respondents.<\/p>\n
Hovveve1ri;__theireslpoliyid-ents are deducting royalty from the bills of<\/p>\n
 petit'i'onerv'v\u00bb'ithout authority of law. Hence, these petitions<\/p>\n
 Inotxto deduct the royalty from the bills of the petitioner<\/p>\n
res.p"ect.=of the materials procured by it from private sources<\/p>\n
