Vi Respondent 1\/plaintiff has instituted suit for<\/p>\n
 ejectnient against the petitioner and respondents 2 to 8.<\/p>\n

 his written statement. Issues having been framed, suit<\/p>\n
was posted for trial. Plaintiff deposed as PW.1. He filed a
