It is<br \/>\nfurther stated that the Voluntary Liquidator has not received any<br \/>\ncomplaint against the notices for voluntary winding up and the<br \/>\nresolution of the company published in the newspapers and the<br \/>\nOfficial Gazette.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.  It is<br \/>\nfurther stated that upon perusal of the Books of Accounts nothing<br \/>\nobjectionable has been noticed. No public interest elements have been<br \/>\ninvolved. The<br \/>\nIncome Tax Department vide its letter dated 27.12.2001 issued a No<br \/>\nObjection Certificate to the company.  The Directors of<br \/>\nthe Company however, have filed affidavits duly notarized on<br \/>\n08.06.2011 declaring that there are no dues to the Government<br \/>\ndepartment or other authorities against the Company and no<br \/>\nprosecution is pending. They also have agreed to indemnify in case<br \/>\nany dues are found in future against the Company. The Registrar of<br \/>\nCompanies have also issued a letter of no objection against such<br \/>\nwinding up.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.  Since all<br \/>\nnecessary formalities have been completed and it is found that there<br \/>\nis no objection to winding up the Company voluntarily, it is hereby<br \/>\ndirected that the Company shall stand dissolved from the date of this<br \/>\norder. The Voluntary Liquidator shall reserve the books of accounts<br \/>\nof the Company for the period of 5 years from today. He shall also<br \/>\nensure that the Official Liquidator is paid cost of Rs.5,000\/-. The<br \/>\nOfficial Liquidator&#8217;s Report is disposed of accordingly.
